At the first stage, the client is required only a clear statement of the company’s activities, its details, as well as the agreed visit time of our expert.
For the correct preparation of technical specifications, our specialist visits the enterprise and identifies a problem that we will have to solve in the future.
When visiting the facility, the specialist becomes familiar with the features of production, in
the number of which includes:
– type of product (analysis of its abrasiveness, moisture content, susceptibility to fire and a number of other important parameters),
– location of existing equipment involved in the technical process, – features of the temperature regime of the environment,
– area for installation of the filtration unit.

The second step is to provide the client with a commercial proposal (KP) for budgeting for the purchase of an aspiration system. The cost of the equipment specified in the manual may vary due to factors such as: the need for design documentation, terms of delivery of goods, installation, commissioning.

The next step is the payment for the preparation of the project. The technical documentation includes: graphic and textual materials, which will take into account architectural, functional and technical, structural, engineering and technical solutions, taking into account all communications.

The key step is to conclude a supply contract with a Ukrainian company, which will clearly state the requirements of the client and the obligations of the supplier.

Project Payment Terms:
Project (if necessary):
-80% deposit
-20% payment after acceptance of the project by the customer.

Equipment:
1) 100% payment;
2) 50% prepayment for starting the filters in production, 40% before shipment, 10% after putting the equipment into operation;
3) Individual terms of payments.

The deferred payment, payment on the fact of installation, as well as lending our company will not be considered.

The company may consider a Bank guarantee or letter of credit.
