Scope of application
The filter in the cylindrical housing – cyclone filters – for Central aspiration.
This type of filter is versatile and has wide range of applications. It can be used at points of auto reception, where the filter module type cannot be installed due to dimensional constraints.
The cyclone “Filcon” is designed so that the circulation of air flow within the cylindrical body facilitates the efficient deposition of dust at the bottom of the filter in operation.
Cyclone “Filcon” consists of the following components:
- a cylindrical body with a helical pipe for feeding polluted air;
- hatch access;
- upper section with pulse cleaning system operating on compressed air;
- cylinder for compressed air, equipped with membrane valves and pressure gauge;
- nozzle for exit of clean air;
- plate with holes that separates a clean air chamber and the filter chamber;
- the filter bags.
In a filter with a flat bottom, two rotatable scraper cleaning are driven by gearmotor. The residual product is removed through a sluice gate.
In the filter with conical bottom cleaning scrapers are absent. The residual product is removed through a sluice gate.
Electronic monitoring of pressure drop on the filter sleeves is a differential pressure gauge connected to the control unit of the filter, which controls the regeneration of the filter bags.
The residual product is removed through a sluice gate and can be transported in silo the final product, either packaged in bags or transported in a special container.
