Bag filters with pulse cleaning “Filcon” are designed to clean the air from any fine, dry, hot flue gases and non-adherent dust.
Filters have a built-in mechanism for regeneration of the pulse-jet compressed air. As the filter element are the sleeves of filter cloth metal frame made of special spring steel.
Bag filters are designed for cleaning dust-Laden flue gas flows with temperatures up to +300°C, working in a wide range of performance from above 100 m3 per hour. This equipment is able to deal with the dust of any complexity. The residual emission at the outlet after cleaning does not exceed 10 mg/m.
The operating principle of bag filters
Dusty air flow through the inlet pipe enters into the compartment of dirty air (working compartment, which is the process-filter) bag filter housings. Contaminated air passes through the filter sleeve attached to the plate separating the dirty and clean compartments of the filter case. The dust remains on the surface and in the pores of the filter bags, while the cleaned air passes through the filter elements and into the clean air section. The cleaned air leaves through the pipe.
Regeneration of filter bags is carried out by applying a short shock wave of compressed air supplied into the interior of the sleeve, the filter material shakes off the excess dust, thus keeping the “working” of the dust layer. The dust is shaken into the hopper and through pylevidnyh device is removed from the filter.
Controls the filter electronic controls.
Service life of filter elements (sleeves) in bag filters with impulse regeneration for up to 6 years of effective work. Timely replacement of the filter bags is a guarantee of the effective operation of the baghouse.
